"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience with Serpentforge overall. The site was easy enough to figure out, which I appreciated because I really didn’t feel like dealing with anything complicated, and everything basically went smoothly. There was a little bit of a wait at one point, so yeah, not totally perfect, but it wasn’t anything that ruined the experience or made me frustrated. Just one of those small things you notice and then move on from. Overall, I’d use them again.

"Heads up: the refund did come through, but it took a while"
Just a warning for anyone dealing with a refund here: don’t expect it to be quick. Mine took longer than I would’ve liked, which was frustrating, but to be fair, they did eventually send the money back. It worked out in the end, just be prepared to wait a bit.

"So many options to choose from"
I ordered one custom piece, and if my experience is anything to go by, they really give you a lot of choices. I could change the size, colors, and even small details easily. it took me a while to make up my mind because there were more options than I expected

"Prices are kind of hit or miss"
I’ve bought from serpentforge.com the pricing feels a little all over the place. Some stuff seems fair, but a few items were higher than I expected. It’s not awful, but I’m definitely going to compare prices before ordering again. If things keep feeling overpriced, I’ll probably just start shopping somewhere else.

"Looks great at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a ring from Serpentforge it looked really cool when it finally showed up. I was excited for it, but the waiting got annoying after a while, so I was hoping it would feel worth it once it arrived.
After a few weeks of wearing it every day, the finish started rubbing off faster than I expected. It’s still wearable and hasn’t broken or anything, but the durability feels average. For the price, I thought it would hold up better.

"Looked nice, but quality felt a bit questionable"
I really wanted to like this because it looked cool right out of the box. After a few days, though, I noticed the finish was rough in a couple spots and one part already felt a little loose. Maybe I just got one that slipped through quality control, but it definitely didn’t feel as solid as I expected.

"Pretty disappointed with the overall design"
I really wanted to like the site, but the design just feels kind of outdated and messy to me. A few pages look nice at first glance, but after spending a little time on them, everything starts to feel cluttered and hard to focus on. The colors and layout don’t really come together well, which was disappointing.

The site was easy to use for the most part. I’d say about 80% of it was straightforward, but there were maybe 2 or 3 spots where I had to stop and figure out what to do next. Nothing super frustrating, just not as smooth as it could be. I still found what I needed in the end.

"Happy with how everything turned out"
In the end, my order showed up right when it was supposed to, so I’m happy. The tracking was easy to follow, and I got updates at the right times along the way. Nothing confusing or frustrating about it, just a smooth experience overall...

I paid and it all went through fine, which is always the main thing for me. Nothing felt sketchy, no random popups, and I kept checking for weird extra charges after just in case, but there weren’t any. So yeah, easy overall and I felt safe using it

"Really solid piece, really nice work"
I ordered from Serpent Forge the craftsmanship is what I noticed right away. It just feels sturdy, like really sturdy, and the edges are clean without looking overly factory-made. The little details have that hand-done feel in a good way, like someone actually took their time with it. When I pulled it out of the box, I pretty much thought, yep, this is proper work. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Pretty much what I expected, in a good way"
I ordered from serpentforge.com and it was basically exactly what I thought it would be. The description lined up with what I got, which isn’t always the case with sites like this, so that was nice. The website was simple enough to get through, and the whole order went smoothly for me. Nothing felt exaggerated or like they were trying to make it sound better than it was. No real complaints here, just an easy experience, and I’d probably use them again if I needed to.

I was expecting at least one sketchy pop-up or some weird checkout nonsense, but nope, the site was clear, easy to use, and felt totally trustworthy. Like, I may have dramatically sighed in relief because everything just seemed normal and legit. I’d definitely feel fine ordering from here

"Delivery was kind of hit or miss"
My order showed up late, which was annoying, but at least I did get it in the end. I also wasn’t thrilled that when I contacted support, I kept getting transferred around instead of someone just helping me right away.
